All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere, and will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. All accepted papers of  ABCM  will be published by the IEEE Conference Publishing Services, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec and other databases.
